Do you offer catering?

You bet! We offer pick-up and delivery catering in New York City, Boston, Rye, and Philadelphia.

Can I order catering the same day as my event?

We ask for orders to be placed at least 21 hours before your event - but we do our best to accommodate any last minute requests. Just reach out to [email protected] and we’ll see what we can do!

How do I place a pick-up catering order?

On our ordering page here, enter the address of the Dig restaurant where you’d like to pick-up. After making your menu selections, click “View Order” and select “Pick-Up” under “Order Type.”

Can I place an order over email or the phone?

We request all orders to be placed via our website here. This helps us ensure a more seamless and secure ordering process. Any questions, you can always reach us at [email protected].

Is there a minimum purchase?

We accept pick-up catering orders of all sizes. For delivery, there’s a minimum of $150.

I’d like to order catering for more than 30 people. What are my options?

You can order as many bowls or catering trays as you’d like to accommodate your whole party. Have 60 guests? Order three 20 Packs of our featured bowls, or two large tray packages. For 15, 25, or any other quantity of guests between our 10, 20, and 30-person packages, we recommend adding “A La Carte” sides to your order or some single bowls.

Food & Setup

How much food comes in an A La Carte tray?

All of our trays feed 8-10 people, with portions similar to our in-restaurant portions.

How is the food packaged?

You can order catering in two formats: individual bowls or family style trays.

Does my order include plates, napkins, etc.?

Bowl catering orders come with individually wrapped napkins and utensils, if you request them on the checkout page. All tray catering orders arrive with napkins and the same bowls used in our restaurants. For serving utensils and eating utensils, you’ll see an option on the checkout page to request those as well.

Will your team help set up my order?

Besides special events, our catering services are drop-off only. Catering drop offs can be contact-free and we will accommodate any delivery instructions you write in when you place your order.

What vegan/gluten-free/soy-free options do you have?

We try to have catering options that accommodate everyone’s dietary needs. You can see allergens in the descriptions of all our menu items (and on our new line cards!). If you have additional questions about ingredients, please email [email protected].

Delivery & Payment

When should I request delivery drop-off if my event starts at XX AM/PM?

You can select delivery windows of 15 minutes (ex: 12:00-12:15 PM) on our ordering page. We recommend choosing an earlier window to allow for food set-up.

What if my address is outside your delivery zone?

While we can’t 100% guarantee delivery to out-of-zone locations, feel free to check with us. You’ll be able to fill out a request form if placing a delivery order with an out-of-zone address. You can always place a pick-up order from a nearby Dig Inn restaurant.

Do you offer house accounts?

Yes, we do! Our house accounts with monthly billing are a great option for companies looking to place a large volume of catering orders. If you’re interested in setting one up, please email [email protected].

Can I set up standing weekly or monthly catering orders?

Of course! Email [email protected] to get started.

Do you have a recommendation on gratuity?

Tipping is optional, but a gratuity of 5-15% (or any custom amount) can be added at checkout and is always appreciated.

How do I pay with a school voucher?

Please send a note to [email protected] to have your email address approved before placing an order. You’ll receive an invoice after ordering to coordinate payment with your internal accounting contact.

Order Changes

How do I make edits to my order?

If your requested delivery time is more than 24 hours out, you can edit your order by logging into your Dig Inn account and clicking the “Edit Order” button next to your upcoming order. To make changes, you’ll go through the ordering process again and confirm your edits at the end. This is not a new order, and your card will only be charged once for the updated amount. If you need to change your order within 24 hours, please contact your local restaurant directly via the phone number on your receipt.

What is your cancellation policy?

We totally understand - a meeting gets cancelled, an event delayed. Email us at [email protected] and we’ll accommodate your scheduling changes. We do charge 50% of your order’s total for cancellations between 12-24 hours of your scheduled pick-up/delivery time, and 100% for orders cancelled less than 12 hours in advance, but there are no charges for cancellations with more than a day’s notice. The more heads-up we have, the better. Thanks!
