At DIG, we love our loyal guests. We're excited to announce that we've upgraded our loyalty program to do an even better job of showing it. Welcome to DIG Rewards.

How do I join the new loyalty program?
Prefer ordering on the website? Sign up here using the same email you always use to order DIG, and you’ll be good to go.
If you already have a LevelUp account with us, your credit and progress will appear automatically in your new account.
What are the DIG loyalty tiers and how do they work?
You'll earn Sous Chef status and all its perks just by joining the DIG Rewards program. Every dollar you spend at DIG translates to 10 points toward your tier progress.
Sous Chef (0 to 749 points)
All members automatically earn Sous Chef status upon signing up for DIG Rewards, and will remain a Sous Chef member indefinitely unless the minimum annual spend required to receive Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef status is met. Sous Chef perks include:
- $5 reward for every $50 you spend*
- $5 when you sign up
- $5 annual birthday reward
- $5 reward for you and a friend when you refer them
*A maximum of two rewards may be earned per transaction.
Chef de Cuisine (750 to 2,499 points)
Chef de Cuisine status is earned when members earn a minimum of 750 points during one calendar year (January 1st – December 31st). Chef de Cuisine status benefits are valid for 12 months from the time the member qualifies for Chef de Cuisine status. After that, annual requalification is required. If a member does not requalify for Chef de Cuisine status or Executive Chef status, the member will revert to Sous Chef status. Chef de Cuisine perks include:
- All Sous Chef perks
- Free monthly featured item
Executive Chef (2,500 points and up)
Executive Chef status is earned when members earn a minimum of 2,500 points during one calendar year (January 1st – December 31st). Executive Chef status benefits are valid for 12 months from the time the member qualifies for Executive Chef status. After that, annual requalification is required. If a member does not requalify for Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine status, the member will revert to Sous Chef status. Executive Chef perks include:
- All Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine perks
- Free monthly featured bowl
How do I earn reward progress with the new program?
We've made it easier to earn rewards. Here’s how...
All orders you place on the DIG app will automatically earn you reward progress, with no separate loyalty account. The same is true for all logged-in orders you place on the diginn.com website. (Guest checkout will still be available online for those who don’t want to earn rewards.)
You can now earn rewards for in-store purchases without using an app. Our new loyalty program allows you to earn reward progress using any registered Mastercard, Visa, or Amex credit card. Register your credit card online, or by downloading our new app (available for iOS and Android). You can register as many credit cards as you like to your DIG Rewards account. You will also be able to earn reward progress for an in-store purchase by taking a photo of the receipt and uploading it into the DIG app. Here's how:
How do I redeem a reward with the new program?
You can choose when you'd like a reward to be applied to your digital order. Just proceed to the checkout in the DIG app or website, and all available rewards will appear with the option to apply to your order. One reward may be applied per purchase. Here's what it looks like:

You can also redeem eligible rewards in-store without downloading the DIG app if you have enrolled in the program via SMS. Text DIG to 43618 to enroll by SMS.
Do I have to download the app to participate?
Not at all. You can sign up to earn and redeem rewards on our website, or you can even participate entirely through SMS by texting DIG to 43618.
But the DIG app (available for iOS and Android) features our full DIG Rewards experience—it's where you can check your tier status and perks, see your activity feed, refer a friend, add your birthday for an annual birthday reward, upload your paper receipts for reward progress, and more.
Will I still be able to pay with my phone at the restaurant?
Yes! While we are doing away with the QR code scanners, you’ll be able to pay with your phone using Apple Pay or Google Pay. As long as the credit card connected to your Apple Pay or Google Pay account is registered with our loyalty program, you’ll earn reward progress, too.
What will happen to my LevelUp credit and progress?
Don't worry, all your LevelUp credit and progress is coming with you. At the time of transition, any unused LevelUp credit in your account will be converted into rewards that can be applied to DIG orders as part of the new loyalty program. All reward progress at the time of transition will also be saved and merged into your new DIG Rewards account.
What will happen to my outstanding LevelUp gift card balance?
Your unused LevelUp gift card credit will be transferred to gift card credit that can be used toward any purchase on the DIG app or website.
Just sign up on our website or new app (available for iOS and Android) using the email address where you received the digital gift card, and your gift card credit will be available to apply at checkout.
Are catering orders be eligible for the DIG Rewards program?
Yes! Catering orders are eligible for all the same perks as individual orders, including our new loyalty tiers. You can now earn and redeem rewards on catering and individual orders alike. Please note that you'll get progress for your catering order on the day it is fulfilled. For more information, contact [email protected].
