WHAT WE EAT IN A DAY: U OF DIG EDITION

Meet Piper, a U of DIG student ambassador studying at Harvard University. As a vegan rower, being nourished right is top priority to make sure she is ready in the classroom, and rowing the Charles River. Read below to see what Piper’s day of eating on campus looks like.

BREAKFAST

Two bananas, sunflower seed butter, and pineapple. The fruit is important to make sure Piper is covered on carbs and sugar before training.

LUNCH

White rice bowl with broccoli, tomatoes, avocado, tofu, and furikake seasoning.

SNACK

To fuel before practice, Piper opts for a vegan-friendly soy yogurt bowl with banana chips, granola, peanut butter, and jelly.

DINNER

To finish out the day, a BYO Custom Veg bowl with brown rice, broccoli, sweet potatoes, and brussels sprouts.
