Broccoli w/ Meyer Lemon

Lightly charred Parker Farms broccoli, dressed with Rising C Ranches Meyer lemon, red pepper, and a pinch of Maldon salt.

Sicilian Cauliflower

Roasted and chilled cauliflower florets tossed with, capers, currants, breadcrumbs, fresh chopped parsley, and housemade maple vinaigrette.
