INGREDIENTS

2 cups kale, washed, destemmed, and chopped

1 each very ripe banana, peeled, cut into pieces, and frozen

1 ½ cups mango chunks

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 ½ cups coconut milk or almond milk

METHOD

1. Combine all ingredients in the blender. Start blending on low and gradually increase speed to high.

2. Continue to blend on high until completely smooth.
