INGREDIENTS:

1 cup curly kale, de-stemmed, washed, and roughly chopped

½ avocado

1 banana

1 cup unsweetened almond milk / oat milk / coconut water

½ cup greek yogurt / coconut yogurt

1 tbsp honey

¼ lime, squeezed

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine all ingredients in the blender.

2. Blend on high speed until smooth.

3. Adjust to desired consistency and sweetness.

4. For an extra boost, top with hemp seeds or ground flax.
