How long can you refrigerate Raw Juice?
You can buy a bunch of Raw Juices and keep them refrigerated for up to 3 days. This is a great, easy way to go on either a full or mini cleanse.
About Raw Green Juice
Raw Green Juice is our bottled Cold-Pressed Juice Program. It is a greens-based juice program - 4 green juices, plus one carrot based juice.
Our juice is pressed 6 days/week (no production on Saturdays) and bottled at our Union Square location. Then it's distributed to our other restaurants via bicycle and trailered cooler - no carbon, no parking, no tickets! During the juicing process, both the raw produce and juice are kept on ice and/or refrigerated at all times to prevent any destruction of nutrients.
We embrace the same philosophy with our juice as we do our food - we press fresh, seasonal veggies, sourced locally when mother nature cooperates. Our juices are not 100% organic.
We use a Norwalk Press - 4 of them in fact - to press all of our raw juice.
We prefer this method because it renders a nutritionally superior juice. Norwalk pressed juice maintains 3 to 5 times more vitamins, minerals & enzymes than juice from traditional centrifugal juicers, primarily because the two part juicing process prevents the occurrence of oxidation (which accelerates the decomposition of nutrients).
