Farms & Suppliers
Below is a list of the farms, growers and suppliers from whom we source our food throughout the year. We work with some folks year around, while others only supply us with small amounts for short periods of time. Chef D has been working with many of them for over a decade.

Given the weather patterns here in the northeast, we cannot source everything locally all year around. We buy what we can get our hands on, and as we continue to work with the local farms we will continue to get a greater percentage of their land allocated to supporting our restaurants. We are currently working on planning for spring crops - barring another 100 year flood, things are looking good.
